Job Description

Operate Conventional Turning Machines as per production requirements. Perform turning, facing, drilling, boring and threading operations. Read and understand engineering drawings and dimensions. Set up machines, select tools and adjust machine settings. Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper and Micrometer. Ensure product quality as per drawing and customer specifications. Achieve daily production targets with minimum rejection. Identify and report machine abnormalities and breakdowns. Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices
