CAR DRIVER

Job Description

* Drive the Managing Director safely and professionally to meetings, appointments, business visits, and other official engagements. * Maintain punctuality and ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations. * Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations while driving. * Maintain complete confidentiality regarding the Managing Director’s personal and business activities. * Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good operating condition. * Conduct routine checks of fuel, tyres, engine oil, brakes, and other vehicle requirements. * Coordinate with the office team regarding daily travel schedules and requirements. * Plan routes effectively to avoid traffic delays and ensure timely transportation. * Assist with loading and unloading personal or official belongings when required. * Handle documents, parcels, or other items as instructed by the Managing Director or office team. * Immediately report any vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or other concerns to the concerned authority. * Maintain proper records of fuel, servicing, and vehicle-related expenses where required. * Be flexible with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or outstation travel based on business requirements. * Perform other driving-related duties assigned by the Managing Director or management.

Short Info

We are looking for an experienced MD Driver with 5 to 10 years of driving experience to provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services to the Managing Director. The candidate should hold a valid Batch Driving License and have excellent knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
